When will I receive a digital proof?

How long does production and shipping take?
Production time varies by product, size and complexity. Carrier delivery is separate from manufacturing. Your product page or project quote provides the applicable estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Is shipping free on all custom signs?
Free standard ground shipping applies to eligible orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. Oversized, heavy and freight-shipped signs may have additional charges.
Will the finish last outdoors?
Coated metals are designed for their intended environment, but durability depends on the finish, exposure, climate, installation and maintenance. Consult product-specific care instructions; no fixed rust-free lifespan is guaranteed.
