COMMERCIAL GRADE LED LIGHTS— We use the highest quality IP68 weatherproof commercial grade RGB LED lights, with multiple control options such as sound control mode, sync music control, multi-color scene mode, timer setting, RGB color control, and brightness control, giving you full control over your storefront lights for business. There are 16 million RGB static colors available with the LED strip lights: red, green, blue, purple, yellow, orange, white, and so on. You can change the colors or brightness by the app or remote control.

ENERGY SAVING — IP68 waterproof, can be used outdoors as well. With low power consumption and high energy efficiency allow you to install these without worrying about a huge power bill. LED lights are a great way to attract your customers' attention and make your store more noticeable.

Q: Can I cancel my order or make changes?

A: Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, our team will begin manufacturing the order and the order cannot be canceled or changed. We take great pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: While we do not accept returns on custom-made items, If
there is a problem with your order, please contact us
so that we can make it right. Sometimes accidents happen! If your item arrives damaged, let us know and we will send you a replacement right away. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal!

• All items are custom-made at the time of order ensuring that you receive a truly one-of-a-kind product that's made just for you.  Our current processing time is approximately 3-5 business days plus transit. Once your order has been picked up by our carrier you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can follow your package until delivery.

• A digital proof for this item will be provided. Please allow up to 5 business days +/- after the date of order for the digital proof to be provided.
• Please respond to the proof verification within 48 business hours with any change request. If you do not need any change request please let us know that you approve and we are good to move your order to production.
• As soon as we receive your verification response we will move your order to production. The faster we receive your response the faster we will get the sign shipped.
• Failure to reply and approve the proof may result in delayed shipping of your item and/or If we do not receive a response within 5 business days orders will be moved to production as designed. Please watch your email including your spam and trash box.

• Processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks plus transit.
• Delays may occur if an incorrect or unusable logo file type is provided or if there is a delay in approval of the digital proof.

• ALL UNFINISHED STEEL SIGNS (both with and without a clear coat) may show flaws and imperfections that exist in the metal. This may include scratches, flecks, gouges, burns, rings, dark spots, etc. This can give the metal a unique, rustic, or rugged appearance that is very trendy in the “Modern Farmhouse Décor”. If you would like these characteristics covered, we recommend selecting a colored powder coat finish. Raw Steel also varies in color from light silver to black depending on the mill lot. We have no control over the color of raw metal.

• CANDY AND TRANSPARENT COLORS are fully transparent. Any flaws that exist in the metal underneath the color will show through the color and be visible. This includes scratches, blemishes, cut marks, burns from the cutting process, etc.
