Shop Policies

1. We custom make each personalized item just for you, because each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. We only stock raw goods. We start working on your order within 24 hours of receipt. We strive for a long- lasting, quality product. We stand behind our craftsmanship, if an error is made on our part we will go to every effort to provide a resolution, We cannot remake items where the wrong font or color was ordered. We ask that you review the color charts, font charts, item details tab & shipping tab (processing times) prior to purchase to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. We are happy to answer any additional you might have.

2. Damages: Should you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the following photos:

  • a) outside of the box showing all the fragile tape and any damages to the box or bends
  • b.) One up close of the label
  • c.) the inside with the bubble & Packing material
  • d.) Any damages to the inside of the box
  • e.) Damages to the item

After we receive the photos we will file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement item made.

Please hold on to the item, with all **original packaging until the carrier provides instructions for pickup or disposal.



3. Business Hours- Monday - Friday 8-5 EST. We do respond to messages periodically on the weekends. Please allow 24 hours for a response to messages. We will respond as quickly as possible.



4. Because your security is important to us we only communicate through email or Message. Please verify that all information in your account is correct- email and shipping address. You may edit, change or reset passwords at anytime by logging into your account. 



5. For Identity theft protection and as a requirement of the credit card processors we are only permitted to ship to the ship to address on the order. If the order has the wrong address we will need to cancel and reprocess the order with the correct shipping address. If an order has already been produced and shipped we are unable to change the address.  We will have to wait until the package is returned to us.   If the package is returned to us - we will send you an email with cost of a replacement label. We only offer free shipping on the original shipment, if the order qualifies for free shipping. 

6. We ship via USPS ground or UPS ground depending on the item. Please make sure you include the full address. All items ship with insurance, tracking & signature may be required.

  • All customs or any duty charges -if applicable in your country- are at receivers responsibility.
  • Customs Authority of each country may want to inspect the cargo for different reasons and might hold the package for a while to do this. These inspections are usually done randomly hence as the seller we can not be held liable for any kind of delay, loss or damage during this process.
  • All shipments will be packed very carefully to ensure its arrival in good condition to your door. However shipping companies sometimes may damage the cargo. Please check your items when the postman is at your door for delivery and file a report, take photos of the damaged package so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company


7. Payments: All payments are processed through a secure checkout system for the security of your personal information. We do not have records of your payment information. Should you need to add something to an order- an additional order will need to be placed through our secure system. We do not send PayPal invoices or accept payment via email or phone.  All payments must be made in our secure checkout for identity theft protection. 


8. Promotional Discounts & Special Offers
  • Limited to 1 coupon Per person per order
  • No combining: Offers cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Non-transferable: Offers cannot be resold, redeemed for cash, or transferred.
  • Non-refundable: Promotional credits, coupons, and other awards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Offer-specific terms: Gift Cards & Credits may have additional terms and conditions specific to the promotion or offer.
  • Discounts & Sales are only valid during the promotional period when advertised. Orders must be purchased during the promotion and apply the coupon or discount at the time of purchase during checkout to quality for the special discount or sale. Refunds will not be giving for sales or promotional events.



9. Gift Wrapping: we do not provide gift wrapping, we are glad to include a free gift card with a message it you will provide a message in the notes to seller and let us know your item is a direct ship gift. (Please note: We have no way of knowing without a notation that your purchase is a gift- if an order requests a gift message/note we will not include an invoice with pricing)

GENERAL WARRANTY:

Our products are warrantied to be free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction from the date of delivery for 30 days when used for normal indoor/outdoor use.
EXCLUSIONS: Our products are not warranted against normal wear & tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, or damage resulting from improper use, mounting, care, storage, or saltwater exposure. Because many of our products are handcrafted & made with natural materials, variations in size, shape, & color can be expected.
* Lake/Marine/Saltwater use is not considered a normal outdoor environment. We do not warranty any product that has exposure to saltwater or brackish water. We recommend regular cleaning & the add on clearcoat for any saltwater exposure.
