Welcome to House Sensations Art where we make it personal!Proudly designed, manufactured, and shipped from the United States!We are a family-owned & operated metal fabrication business rooted in the small town of Wedowee, AL, USA!Our company was founded in 2013 by husband and wife team, Leo & Diane Berridge. At that time, Leo had been employed for more than 22 years by the Department of Defense as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Fort Gordon, while Diane was a long-time National Small Business Project Manager for a payroll company. They were thoroughly enjoying life, both as a couple and as parents to five adult children & grandparents to three precious grandbabies. As they began to look ahead toward retirement, they knew with all their hearts that they wanted to pursue a new path that could one day become a legacy for their kids and grandkids.Thinking back over their long-lost dreams and individual desires, Leo recounted how he had always wanted to run his own machine shop. Over his 30 total years in the industry, he had assisted numerous other fabricators with setting up their shops as an engineer and advisor, but he had never had the opportunity to establish his own. Diane, who was an expert in Business Administration & Project Management, also had a fiery passion for home beautification, commercial architecture, design & hospitality. Combining Leo’s skills with Diane’s heart & brain, the duo jumped out of their comfort zone in pursuit of their dreams; “House Sensations Art” was soon born in the small town of Lincolnton, GA.Now, more than a decade later, our company is growing and thriving. What was initially a two-person team that operated out of Leo & Diane’s basement has since grown into a fully functional sign fabrication facility, still headed up by Leo & Diane themselves. All five of their kids have worked for the company in various roles over the years. Even the grandkids (there are 14 of them now!) get involved every now and then to inspire new designs and help with some of the small stuff. What started as just a handful of product options has morphed into a product line that exceeds 500 items. With that, what started as a customer base limited to Lincolnton, GA, which moved to Wedowee Alabama in 2024 and has branched out to include clients nationwide that return year after year. We have served over 100,000 customers nationwide.Our heart’s desire is to provide each customer with a product they can be proud of and an experience that creates joy. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the character of our business.
