HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM SIGN COST?

At HouseSensationArt, custom signs typically start around $150. Premium options like lighted or oversized signs can range from $500 to $2,000+, depending on design, size, material, and features.

CAN I GET A QUOTE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes! You can request a free custom quote directly through our website. Just tell us what you're looking for, and we’ll send you pricing, options, and turnaround estimates.

Please note: Requests to change the personalization after a proof has been provided, to change the design of an item, to make a custom design or fonts changes if not part of the allowable selections will incur "custom design fees".  Please contact us prior to order for a "Custom Design Quote". 

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR BUSINESS DISCOUNTS?

Absolutely. If you’re ordering signs in volume or need repeat signage for your business, contact us for custom pricing and package deals.

CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN LOGO OR DESIGN?

Yes. You can upload your logo, artwork, or brand file when placing your order. We’ll send you a digital proof to review before we start production.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN HELP?

Yes! Our in-house design team can help bring your idea to life. Whether you're starting from scratch or need help refining your brand, we offer affordable design assistance.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PRODUCTION?

Yes, we send a digital mockup within 5–7 business days of your order. You can request edits or approve the design. We only begin production after final approval.

ARE YOUR SIGNS WEATHERPROOF?

Definitely. We use durable materials such as aluminum, steel, and UV-resistant to ensure your sign lasts outdoors, rain, wind, or shine.

WHAT’S THE BEST TYPE OF SIGN FOR A STOREFRONT?

We recommend aluminum signs, steel panel signs, or lighted box signs (LED backlit signs) for storefronts. Our team can help choose the best option based on your location, budget, and visibility needs.

DO YOU CREATE PERSONALIZED HOME DECOR ITEMS?

Yes! In addition to business signs, we create custom home decor like wall name signs, personalized plaques, welcome signs, and more.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?

Yes. We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After your proof is approved, production takes 7–14 business days, followed by shipping from our Wedowee, Alabama workshop. Delivery times vary by location.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on orders over $35 (under 4 feet in length) within the contiguous United States.

GENERAL & POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?

Because our signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your sign arrives damaged or with an error, we’ll remake or refund it. Your satisfaction is our priority.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

For standard home decor, we allow 1 hour to make changes, after that, we start production, and changes cannot be made. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after ordering.


For business and branding signs, yes, you can make changes during the proof process. But once the proof is finalized, changes cannot be made as we begin production.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
