SHIPPING POLICY

 

HouseSensationsArt Inc ("we" and "us") is the operator of

this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to
ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually
protect and set expectations for our service.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All quoted shipping prices are for the Continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.

All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks plus transit unless otherwise quoted.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipments are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground; typical transit time is 3-7 business days but is not guaranteed.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please contact us for a quote for rush processing, overnight shipping, and expedited shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

SHIPMENT TO ALASKA OR HAWAII

All quoted shipping prices are for the Continental United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

HouseSensationsArt.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please contact us @ CustomerService@HouseSensationsArt.com for a shipping quote for an APO/FPO/ DPO

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: CUSTOM, DUTIES, AND TAXES:
HouseSensationsArt.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES:

HouseSensationsArt.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We purchase shipping insurance for every package.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 3 business days or 72 hours of delivery to file a claim. We will request copies of the damaged item, up close image of the shipping label,  any visible damages to the box, inside packing material, and outside of the box to file the claim   Please note:  Just because a box does not have holes or immediately show signs of damage does not mean that the box was not crushed or have bend lines.  The box can look perfect but if something heavy is set on the box it can crush and bend the interior item.   We are required by the carrier to provide all requested photos in order to file an insurance claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in the event that the freight carrier would like to inspect the damages or pick up the damaged item.
