Design Proofs & Important Shop Policies
Digital Proof Verification: We provide a digital proof via Etsy Messages approximately 3–10 business days after your order date (depending on complexity). Most logos require standard modifications or stenciling/bridging to make them compatible with laser cutting. Purchase includes the initial proof plus up to two courtesy revisions.
Please review and reply to your proof message as soon as possible. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to move the default proof to production as designed to comply with shipping timelines. We cannot hold orders due to strict shipping requirements.

Important Material Finish Guidelines
- • Raw Metal Signs: Available as Raw Metal with No Coating or Raw Metal with a Powder-Coated Clear Finish. Raw Metal Only (Uncoated) signs WILL weather and rust naturally over time, even indoors. Each raw sign displays unique mill imperfections, cut marks, and varied color lots ranging from silver to black.
- • Candy & Transparent Colors: These finishes are fully transparent. Any structural characteristics, blemishes, scratches, or minor burn lines in the steel underneath the coating will show through and be visible.
