The windmill is the part people recognise from the road. Your name is the part they read when they get closer, cut straight through the structure, not bolted beside it, so the name and the frame are one continuous piece of steel. Underneath, the year you started.

Heavy and structural, it doesn't flex on a wall, doesn't rattle against siding in wind, and doesn't warp, split or rot the way wood does after a couple of seasons outdoors. Industrially powder coated on both faces, which holds the colour against rain, snow and UV, and stops corrosion starting from behind on an exterior wall.

Barn red is the obvious farmhouse answer and it's a good one. But matte black against white siding, or weathered bronze on brick, changes the character of the piece entirely, the colour is the biggest single decision you'll make here.

The two smallest sizes are separate products in practice: the 4″ is an ornament and the 6″ is a car charm, both with a top loop rather than mounting holes.

Sizes from 8″ upward are wall pieces, running to 48″ for a barn wall, a large exterior or a venue.

How to Use

Choose your mounting configuration at order and the holes, loops or notch are cut for you, so installation is a matter of matching the fixing to the surface, siding screws for lap siding, masonry screws for brick or stucco, drywall anchors indoors, standard wood screws for barn board.

If you choose the slotted notch or the extended top loops, it hangs from a hook or chain with nothing drilled into the wall.

The 4″ and 6″ sizes come with a top loop for a tree branch or a rear-view mirror. Wipe with a damp cloth as needed, no sealing, no oiling, no seasonal storage.

Shipping Process

Cut fresh to order in Wedowee, Alabama. Every piece is laser cut, checked for defects and clean edges, powder coated on both faces, and packed to prevent transit damage.

Current production is 2–3 business days plus transit, and all orders ship from the Alabama workshop.
