Shipping & Delivery

Our current time to ship averages 3-5 business days from the customer's order date.
We ship 95% our of packages via UPS ground except those with rural expanded service areas, orders going to a PO box or orders showing unavailable to UPS. Carriers typically deliver within 1-6 days after shipment, depending on your location. We ship from Wedowee, Alabama.

Please note: In some cases, some orders may take up to 2-3 weeks from the customer's order date, if we need additional information, for multi-piece orders over 3 items, large orders, custom orders, orders that a proof is required or requested.
