1. Can I use lowercase letters for the name? To ensure the sign remains structurally sound and looks its best from a distance, all text is designed in uppercase (as shown in the photos).

2. What if I forget to pick a color? No worries! If no color is noted, we’ll ship the "Duty Classic": a Textured Black frame with a Candy Apple Red accent line.

3. Is this okay to hang directly on my house? Absolutely. Because it is powder-coated on both sides, it won't leave rust streaks on your siding or brick.

4. How much text can I fit? The center name fits up to 12 characters, and the lower plaque fits up to 25. We’ll handle the layout to make sure it looks perfectly balanced!
