Accepted file formats: AI, DXF, PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG, and PDF.
A digital proof will be sent within 1–4 business days. Standard stenciling or bridging may be added for laser cutting.
Please review and respond within 7 days. Production will remain on hold while we wait for your approval, which may delay your estimated shipping date. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the default proof may be moved into production.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or downsized once processing begins. You may upgrade to a different size, subject to availability and payment of any price difference.
