Digital Proof and Approval

Please review and respond within 7 days. Production remains on hold while House Sensations Art waits for your approval, which can affect the estimated shipping date. If no response is received within the approval window, the default proof may be moved into production.
Production and Shipping

Current processing time is approximately 14–21 business days plus transit according to the current product delivery estimate. Digital proofing takes place before production, so prompt proof approval helps prevent delays.
Free shipping is available on qualifying standard orders over $35 within the contiguous United States.
Oversized signs may require freight or truckline shipping depending on the final dimensions. Confirm freight requirements before ordering unusually large configurations.
Important Order and Artwork Notes
All Sales Are Final: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or downsized once processing begins. Size upgrades may be possible depending on availability and payment of any applicable price difference.
Artwork: High-resolution digital artwork is required. Vector artwork is preferred for the cleanest laser-cut conversion.
