Logos generally require minor modifications and stenciling of lettering in order to make them compatible with cutting. The proof will show any and all modifications we may need to make. Your proof will be sent to you via the email you provided on your order Please respond to the proof verification within 24 hours with any change request. As soon as we receive your verification response we will move your order to production. Failure to reply and approve the proof may result in delayed shipping of your item and/or If we do not receive a response within 5 business days orders will be moved to production as designed. Q: Do you take phone orders?

A: For all "Custom orders" we will provide 1 free proof with a free revision. For Standard Personalized items we are now offering an instant preview by selecting the "add personalization" you can input your data and the system should provide a live preview.

Q: Is hardware included for hanging the art?
A: Hardware is not included with your purchase unless specified in the items details or noted as a purchase add-on. Due to our liability insurance requirements - mounting hardware must be purchased by the buyer to ensure the proper hardware is used for mounting. We do offer Door Hangers, powder coated screw , sign standoff kits, magnetic hanging kits and Bows for purchase in the accessories section of our store.

Please note any item that is exposed to Saltwater will need a marine grade add on clear coat. Saltwater is a known corrosive and will deteriorate even the toughest of finishes. Q: How to clean the artwork?
A: Clean with a mild dish soap, water, and towel. Do not use anything you would not use on your car.
