Built From Your Logo
Your custom LED business sign is created from your existing business logo or artwork rather than a font approximation, allowing the overall shape, lettering, and visual identity of your brand to carry into the finished metal sign.
Upload a high-resolution logo directly on the product page. Accepted file formats include AI, DXF, PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG, and PDF. Vector files such as AI, EPS, DXF, and SVG are preferred for laser-cut artwork.
House Sensations Art does not create logos from scratch. Depending on the artwork, light stenciling or bridging may be required so enclosed areas of letters and graphics remain connected after laser cutting. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on your digital proof before production.
LED Backlighting and Power
IP68-rated LED backlighting creates a halo effect behind the laser-cut metal sign, adding depth and helping your business logo stand out in lower-light environments. A remote control is included with the lighting system.
For exterior installations, plan your power source before mounting the sign. The LED lighting is designed for outdoor applications, but the power adapter must remain protected from weather exposure. Use a weatherproof junction box or covered GFCI receptacle positioned behind the sign for exterior installations.
Have a licensed electrician handle exterior circuits, concealed wiring, or other electrical work when required.
Finish Options
Choose from standard powder coat colors along with available raw metal and candy or transparent finishes.
Standard powder coating is electrostatically applied to both sides of the steel and oven cured for a clean, durable finish.
Raw metal and transparent finishes behave differently from an opaque powder coat, so review the finish notes below before selecting one of these options.

How to Install
Plan the power source first. This illuminated business sign requires access to a nearby electrical connection. Determine where the cord and power connection will be located before drilling or mounting the sign.
Interior installation:
- Position the sign at the desired height and mark the mounting locations.
- Drill for your wall type and install anchors appropriate for the mounting surface. Wall anchors are not included.
- Secure the standoff bases, position the sign, and install it using the supplied screws and plastic washers.
- Route the lighting cable to the appropriate power source. Concealed or in-wall electrical work should be handled according to applicable electrical requirements.
Exterior installation:
Follow the same basic mounting process while ensuring that the power adapter and electrical connection are protected from the weather. Use a weatherproof junction box or covered GFCI receptacle behind the sign and have a licensed electrician complete exterior electrical work when required.

Complete the required personalization fields, including your sign color, weather protection, mounting and hardware selections, notes, digital proof terms, and contact email.
Step 3: Upload Your Logo
Upload your high-resolution logo directly on the product page. AI, DXF, PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG, and PDF files are accepted, with vector artwork preferred for laser cutting.
Step 4: Review Your Selections
Check your personalization details and artwork before adding the customized sign to your cart.
Step 5: Complete Your Order
Add the customized item to your cart and complete checkout. Your artwork will then move into the digital proof process before production.
Digital Proof and Revisions
A digital proof will be sent within 1–4 business days. The proof allows you to review the final layout, proportions, and any stenciling or bridging required to make your artwork suitable for laser cutting.
Your purchase includes the initial digital proof plus up to two courtesy revisions.
Please review and respond to your proof within 7 days. Production remains on hold while House Sensations Art waits for your approval, which may affect the estimated shipping date. If no response is received within the approval window, the default proof may be moved into production.
Once the proof is approved, the order is released to production.
Production and Shipping
Each custom LED business sign is made to order in Wedowee, Alabama.
Current production time is approximately 14–21 business days plus transit. Production timing begins after the required proof and order details are ready for production.
Free shipping is currently available to the contiguous United States on qualifying orders over $35. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require a separate shipping quote.
Local pickup is available from the House Sensations Art location in Wedowee, Alabama and is usually ready in 5+ days according to current pickup availability.
Important Finish and Order Notes
All sales are final. Because each sign is custom made, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, refunded, or downsized once processing begins. Size upgrades may be possible depending on availability and payment of any price difference.
Raw metal finishes: Raw metal with no protective coating will naturally weather and rust over time, including in indoor environments. Each raw steel sign may show unique mill characteristics, cut marks, surface variation, and natural color differences. These variations are part of the material rather than defects.
Candy and transparent finishes: These coatings allow the underlying steel to remain visible. Surface characteristics, scratches, blemishes, and minor processing marks in the metal may remain visible through the transparent finish.
Electrical: The LED lighting system is intended for indoor or outdoor sign applications, but the power adapter and electrical connection must be protected appropriately. Exterior installations should use a weatherproof junction box or covered GFCI receptacle.
Artwork: House Sensations Art does not create logos from scratch. Existing customer artwork is required. Vector artwork is preferred, and additional preparation or design fees may apply when artwork requires significant modification.
Wall anchors: Anchors are not included because installation requirements vary by mounting surface. Choose hardware appropriate for drywall, wood, masonry, tile, concrete, or other substrates.
Care: Wipe the metal surface gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh solvent cleaners.
