Available sizes range from 8 to 144 inches, depending on the selected dimensions. Choose from round, oval, square, rectangle, or available custom shapes. Custom sizes can be requested. Large signs over 96 inches may require multiple panels with visible seams.

We accept SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector artwork is recommended for logos, lettering, and detailed designs. For raster images, we recommend 300 DPI at the intended print size. Make sure you have the rights to reproduce any submitted artwork.

Yes. Optional artwork editing is available for an additional $40, while more extensive artwork recreation or custom design services may be quoted separately. Contact our team before ordering if you need help with your design.

Yes. A digital mockup proof is typically provided within 1–3 business days after ordering and receiving the necessary artwork and order details. Production begins only after the final proof is approved.

Please review and verify your proof within 24 hours of delivery to help prevent delays. Check spelling, names, logo placement, colors, layout, sign dimensions, shape, orientation, mounting hole locations, and other selected options.

Contact us before approving your proof if revisions are needed. Changes may extend the processing timeline, and extensive redesigns or artwork recreation may incur additional fees. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may cause extra charges.

After your final digital proof is approved, your custom sign will ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by carrier, destination, and service. Prompt proof approval helps maintain the schedule.

Eligible orders over $75 receive free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States for standard listed sign sizes. Free shipping does not apply to custom-sized or oversized signs requiring special packaging or freight delivery; additional charges may be quoted.

We ship via FedEx and UPS within the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes. For expedited shipping, contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Custom or oversized signs may require additional shipping charges, truck freight, commercial delivery, or terminal pickup. Signs over 96 inches may be manufactured in multiple sections with visible seams. We will quote additional shipping charges when applicable.

Depending on the selections offered, choose screw mounting, standoff mounting, hanging chains, or no pre-drilled holes. Mounting requirements vary by surface, sign size, and installation environment. Larger or outdoor signs may require additional structural support or professional installation.

Mounting hardware is not included unless specifically selected or stated in your order. A paper mounting template is included with screw and standoff hardware selections. Always use anchors, screws, and supports suitable for your installation surface and sign dimensions.

Use a soft microfiber cloth or non-abrasive sponge with mild dish soap diluted in lukewarm water. Rinse with clean water and dry gently. Avoid abrasives, acetone, bleach, strong solvents, sharp tools, and pressure washers. Inspect outdoor mounting hardware periodically.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Screen displays may differ from the finished UV-printed product, and print appearance depends on the quality of the submitted artwork. UV exposure, weather, and normal aging may change colors and finishes over time.

Inspect the packaging and sign promptly, take photos, and contact us within 72 hours of delivery whenever possible. Provide your order number, photos of the sign and packaging, and any unboxing video available. Keep all packaging and do not install a damaged sign before contacting us. An unboxing video is recommended but not required.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale under our stated policy and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once purchased. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly for assistance. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

The 90-day limited manufacturing warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship, such as structural manufacturing defects or manufacturing-related delamination. It does not cover fading, color changes, normal wear, improper installation, physical damage, or shipping damage. Contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.
