A: For all "Custom orders" we will provide 1 free proof with a free revision. For Standard Personalized items we are now offering an instant preview by selecting the "add personalization" you can input your data and the system should provide a live preview.

A: We are located at 27281 US HWY 431 WEDOWEE ALABAMA 36278, United States. All items are fabricated and shipped from this location.
A. We custom make each personalized item just for you because each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

A: We via USPS or UPS to the United States. All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking.
Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
A: We do not provide gift wrapping, we are happy to include a gift card with a message if you will provide a message in the notes to seller located on the Checkout Page to and let us know your item is a direct ship gift.
Q: Is hardware included for hanging the art?
A: Hardware is not included with your purchase unless specified in the items details or noted as a purchase add-on. Due to our liability insurance requirements - mounting hardware must be purchased by the buyer to ensure the proper hardware is used for mounting. We do offer Door Hangers, powder coated screw , sign standoff kits, magnetic hanging kits and Bows for purchase in the accessories section of our store.

A: Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. Please note any item that is exposed to Saltwater will need a marine grade add on clear coat. Saltwater is a known corrosive and will deteriorate even the toughest of finishes. We do offer a marine grade add on clear coat. Please see listing for details.
Q: How to clean the artwork?
A: Clean with a mild dish soap, water, and towel. Do not use anything you would not use on your car.
