Important FAQ’s & Order Policies
Deposits
A deposit may be placed down on the project to get your design started. Deposits are 25% of the total purchase price of the project and apply towards the creation of the proof only. No physical product will be provided based on the submission of a deposit. The balance of the project must be paid in full before the signage is created.
Deposits will be applied toward the total purchase price of the project if the order is completed within 5 business days of delivery of the design proof. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.**.
Design Services
HSA offers limited graphic design services to support your custom design needs. Let us help bring your vision to life! If you have specific graphics, fonts, etc. that you would like used, please share those before drawing begins. If not, we can present options and create a custom design based on your choices.
Design services are billed at an initial flat rate of $100, which includes the initial proof option or options based on your selected elements, along with one complimentary revision. Additional revisions are billed at $25.00 per half hour of design time. Significant changes or revisions beyond what was initially discussed and agreed upon may incur additional fees at the discrétion of HSA.
Design Proofs
A 2-D digital proof is provided for review and approval for all custom designs before manufacturing begins. All standard purchases include the initial design proof created from your predesigned layout, along with one courtesy revision if needed. Design services are available for customers who require assistance creating a design from scratch; please refer to the section above for details. Proofs are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the order date, depending on the complexity of the design. Please note that proofs are not provided prior to a deposit or purchase.
Payment
Payment in full is required before manufacturing begins.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
Because each product is custom-made based on your specific selections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, or issue refunds. Further, we begin working on orders as soon as they are submitted so we do not accept cancellations. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Custom Order Process
Step 1 Contact us with details about your project
Please provide preferences for size, shape, color or finish, design style, and mounting. We will use the information you provide to determine feasibility & pricing for your project.
Step 2 Receive a price quote
We will provide a comprehensive quote outlining the full project scope, pricing (including shipping), estimated processing time, and all relevant details and disclosures specific to your project.
Step 3 Approve the quote & place your order
Approve the quote & place your order
If the quote looks good, you can either:
(A) Proceed with full purchase for fastest processing time, or (B) Place a 25% deposit to begin the design phase.
Step 4 Drafting of your custom design begins
After your payment is submitted, we will begin designing your item.
We may share options for fonts, graphics, layout, and other elements as needed. A proof or proof options will be provided within 1-5 business days, depending on project complexity.
Step 5 Design review & revisions
After receiving your design options, you will select your preferred version. You may also request revisions at this stage. A new proof will be provided if revisions are requested. Purchase includes one complimentary revised proof.
Step 6 Final approval & production
Once the design is finalized, it is time for manufacturing to begin!
If you have already paid in full, your item will enter the production queue immediately.
If you paid a deposit, a balance link will be sent to you; your item will be queued once the balance is paid. Your item will then be processed and prepped for shipment as quickly as possible!
