We ship 95% our of packages via UPS ground except those with rural expanded service areas, orders going to a PO box or orders showing unavailable to UPS. Carriers typically deliver within 1-6 days after shipment, depending on your location. We ship from Wedowee, Alabama.

All of our metal steel signs (excluding raw/unfinished options) are finished with a commercial-grade, UV-resistant powder-coated finish suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Each part is baked at 400°F for maximum durability. Our powder coatings are rated for 10–20 years depending on the color and environmental conditions.

While powder coating is extremely durable, it is not indestructible. Proper care will help prolong the life and beauty of your custom sign.

General Cleaning:

• Clean occasionally using a soft cloth, mild dish soap, and water.
• Never use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents—if you wouldn’t use it on your car’s paint, don’t use it on your sign.
• Avoid high-pressure power washing, as it can damage the coating.

If your sign becomes scratched, chipped, or otherwise damaged:

• Clean the affected area.
• Dry completely.
• Apply a clear coat to seal any exposed metal to prevent rusting.
