Please note: Requests to change the personalization after a proof has been provided, to change the design of an item, to make a custom design or font changes if not part of the allowable selections will incur custom design fees. Please contact us prior to order for a Custom Design Quote.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

After your proof is approved, production takes 7–14 business days, followed by shipping from our Wedowee, Alabama workshop. Delivery times vary by location.

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on orders over $35 (under 4 feet in length) within the contiguous United States.

General & Policy

Because our signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your sign arrives damaged or with an error, we’ll remake or refund it. Your satisfaction is our priority.

For standard home decor, we allow 1 hour to make changes; after that, we start production, and changes cannot be made. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after ordering.

For business and branding signs, yes, you can make changes during the proof process. But once the proof is finalized, changes cannot be made as we begin production.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
