Complimentary Mockup Policy

One complimentary conceptual mockup is included per customer, per quote.

Our complimentary mockups are intended to help you visualize the overall concept of your custom project before placing an order. To keep this service available to all customers, complimentary mockups are limited to one rendering per customer, per quoted project.

Additional renderings, alternate concepts, design variations, or further design development can be provided after a deposit has been placed or your purchase has been completed.

Complimentary mockups are conceptual renderings provided for quotation and visualization purposes only and are not final, production-ready designs. A formal design proof will be provided for review and approval as part of the design process following purchase.

Conceptual Mockup Disclaimer

This mockup is provided for conceptual and visualization purposes only. It is intended to illustrate the proposed design, general appearance, colors, layout, proportions, materials, lighting, and placement. It is not a production-ready file, engineered drawing, architectural drawing, site plan, or permit document.

Conceptual Mockup Availability

Conceptual mockups are provided when reasonably possible. Depending on the complexity, customization, construction method, artwork condition, or technical requirements of the proposed sign, an accurate conceptual mockup may not be available before an order is placed.

Some designs cannot be accurately developed or represented until an order has been placed, the required payment or deposit has been received, and the complete production artwork and fabrication files have been created. Complex design development, vectorization, engineering, structural planning, layered construction, lighting layouts, specialized fabrication details, and production-ready artwork are not included in a preliminary quotation unless specifically stated in writing.

If a conceptual mockup cannot be completed before ordering, a final production proof may be provided after the order is placed and the necessary design work has been completed. Production will not begin until the customer has reviewed and approved the final production proof in writing.

Artwork Requirements

• Laser-Cut Signs: Production requires clean, production-ready vector artwork in an acceptable format, such as AI, EPS, SVG, DXF, or vector PDF. Additional artwork preparation or vectorization fees may apply if suitable vector artwork is not supplied.
• UV or Digital Printing: Production requires a high-resolution image at a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Enlarging a small or low-resolution image does not create true print-quality artwork. Artwork cleanup, recreation, or enhancement fees may apply.

Design and Production

• Conceptual mockups cannot be used directly for laser cutting, routing, engraving, UV printing, fabrication, installation, or manufacturing.
• A separate production proof may be provided after the final artwork, dimensions, materials, finishes, mounting method, and project specifications have been confirmed.
• Written approval of the final production proof is required before manufacturing begins. Approval confirms the spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, quantities, and specifications shown.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, grammar, dates, phone numbers, addresses, logos, measurements, and other project details before approval.
• Changes requested after final approval may result in additional design, material, labor, and production charges and may extend the completion date.

Permits, Engineering, and Code Compliance

• This conceptual mockup is not intended for permit submission or regulatory approval.
• Permit drawings, engineered drawings, stamped structural calculations, electrical drawings, site surveys, wind-load calculations, code research, and installation plans are not included unless specifically listed in the quotation or contract.
• The customer or installing contractor is responsible for confirming local zoning, permitting, electrical, structural, landlord, property-owner, and building-code requirements before production and installation.
• Any permit package must be prepared separately using verified site measurements, construction details, mounting specifications, electrical requirements, and other information required by the applicable authority.

Appearance and Color

• Mockup colors are approximate. Actual colors may vary due to monitor and screen settings, lighting conditions, material type, printing method, powder-coat batch, paint finish, acrylic color, metal finish, and manufacturing processes.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching standard or approved physical sample is included in writing.
• Lighting effects, shadows, reflections, depth, brightness, and nighttime appearance shown in the mockup are simulated and may differ from the finished sign.
• Final proportions, letter thicknesses, spacing, attachment points, mounting hardware, seams, supports, electrical components, and fabrication details may be adjusted as necessary for safe and practical production.

Dimensions, Site Conditions, and Installation

• All dimensions shown on a conceptual mockup are preliminary unless specifically identified as verified final dimensions.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and disclosing relevant wall, surface, electrical, access, and installation conditions unless HouseSensationsArt Inc. is contracted to perform an on-site survey.
• HouseSensationsArt Inc. is not responsible for fit, placement, installation complications, permit issues, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate measurements, undisclosed site conditions, unsuitable mounting surfaces, or changes made at the installation location.
• Installation, electrical work, permits, inspections, equipment rental, site preparation, wall repair, and structural reinforcement are excluded unless specifically included in writing.

Ownership and Authorization

• Conceptual designs, mockups, renderings, production files, and fabrication drawings created by HouseSensationsArt Inc. remain the intellectual property of HouseSensationsArt Inc. unless ownership is transferred through a separate written agreement.
• Mockups may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured by another party, submitted for competitive pricing, or used for permit purposes without written authorization.
• By providing logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the material or have authorization to use and reproduce it.

Final Notice

Pricing, materials, availability, production methods, freight, installation requirements, and lead times are subject to final review. The final quotation, approved production proof, signed agreement, and written specifications will govern the project if they differ from this conceptual mockup.
