Sign Standoff Kits

Includes standoff barrels and caps, washers, and mounting screws to securely mount the sign away from the wall and provide the necessary clearance for LED backlighting.

Mounting Template

A full-size placement template is included to help accurately position the sign and identify mounting points during installation.

Preinstalled LED Lighting

Your lighting system is installed on the back of the sign prior to shipment, helping simplify the final installation process.

Standard 110V Plug-In Connection

The lighting is configured with a standard electrical plug for convenient plug-in operation with a compatible 110V outlet.

Supply the predesigned logo artwork you would like used on your sign.

Upload the best-quality version of your logo or artwork available. Editable vector files are preferred whenever possible, as they provide the best results for fabrication and printing.

Preferred file types: AI, EPS, SVG, or other editable vector formats.

Also accepted: High-resolution JPG or PNG files.

Once we receive your order, our design team reviews your order form, artwork, and project details. We then prepare your sign design based on the information and files you've provided.

Proof & Approval

Before production begins, you'll receive a design proof by email showing your proposed sign for review.

Please review your proof carefully and email your approval at your earliest convenience. Production will begin once your design has been approved and finalized, so a prompt response helps keep your project on schedule.

Need a change? Your purchase includes one complimentary proof revision. Simply reply with all requested changes at one time, and we'll prepare an updated proof for your review.

Once your design is approved, we'll finalize the design files and release your order for production.

Production Phase

Once your design is approved, it’s time to bring it to life! Your project is released to our in-house production team, where our skilled team members carefully handle each stage of fabrication, finishing, and assembly. Every sign is made specifically for you, with close attention to the details and finishing touches that bring your project together beautifully.

Quality Check & Packaging

Before leaving our facility, your completed order goes through a final quality inspection to verify the design, finish, construction, and overall appearance.

Once approved, your sign is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has completed its final quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

When your package is picked up by the shipping carrier, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress and estimated delivery.

Inspect the Package

Check the outer packaging promptly. If you notice possible shipping damage, photograph the packaging and product and contact our team.

Refer to your order and the included items described under Mounting & Installation: standoff hardware, mounting template, preinstalled LEDs, and standard plug-in connection.

Plan Your Placement

Use the included full-size mounting template to position the sign and identify mounting points.

Select Wall-Appropriate Hardware

Check your substrate and choose any additional anchors or fasteners appropriate for that surface.

Mount With Standoff Clearance

Use the included standoff kit to secure the sign away from the wall so the installed LED lighting has clearance behind it.

Connect Your Lighting

The sign includes a standard plug-in connection intended for a compatible 110V outlet. For hardwiring, concealed wiring, or other electrical modifications, contact a qualified electrician.
